All orders are dispatched within 3 working days and sent via 48-hour tracked postage. Free UK delivery is included on Silver Surprise and above. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Do You Accept Returns?
Absolutely — however, please note that as our products are sold as complete mystery gift bundles, the entire bundle must be returned unopened and unused. Individual items cannot be removed and returned separately.

What Is the Social Media Video Add-On?
Our Social Media Video Add-On gives you a beautifully edited video of your very own mystery bundle being chosen — perfect for sharing on social media and reliving your unboxing moment! 🎉
This is a separate optional add-on and is distinct from our standard quality assurance packing videos, which are recorded for every order as part of our internal process.
How long does it take?
Each video is put together with care and attention. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from your order date for your video to be ready.
Buying it as a gift?
No problem! If you'd like us to hold off uploading until a certain date to keep the surprise, simply add your preferred upload date to the Special Instructions at checkout and we'll do our very best to accommodate it.
Want to be tagged?
Include your social media handle (e.g. @yourusername) in the Special Instructions at checkout and we'll tag you when your video goes live. We love celebrating our customers' moments!
