Each bundle is a mystery, but here's a guide to help you choose the right one:
Mini Surprise β A great introduction to the Surprise Me HQ experience. Expect a fun selection of smaller collectibles, accessories, and stationery.
Lucky Surprise β A step up from Mini, with a broader mix that starts to include more sought-after fan merchandise alongside the essentials.
Secret Surprise β Where things get exciting. You'll start to see premium pieces in the mix β think collectible homeware, quality drinkware, and more exclusive items alongside the favourites.
Special Surprise β A wider, more varied bundle with a great range of products across the board. Perfect if you love variety and want a bit of everything.
Silver Surprise β A noticeably more premium selection. Expect a higher proportion of quality, sought-after items. Includes free UK delivery.
Golden Surprise β An expanded bundle with more items and a strong lean towards premium merchandise. Includes free UK delivery.
Luxury Surprise β Our finest bundle. The largest selection with the highest concentration of exclusive, high-end collectibles and accessories. Includes free UK delivery.
Delivery & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days and sent via 48-hour tracked postage, so you can follow your bundle every step of the way.
Free UK delivery is included on Silver Surprise and above.
Your order will arrive in a plain, discreet box with no indication of the contents on the outside β perfect if you're sending it directly to someone as a gift.
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Can I Make Requests?
Every bundle is a mystery, and that's the beauty of it. If you have a preference for a particular house colour, simply add a note in the Special Instructions at checkout and we'll do our best to honour it. Other than that, part of the experience is not knowing what's on its way β just the anticipation of something special arriving at your door.
Repeat Orders
If repeat orders are made from the same account, we will do our best to ensure items are not duplicated, so every bundle feels just as exciting as the first.
Damaged Items
